The MaxWell University Bootcamp
All agents that join MaxWell Realty participate in the MaxWell University Bootcamp, an in-person, full day training session with our Training Manager. Armed with their laptops and a desire to learn, agents are taken through all of our systems found within our MaxCentral portal, the central hub for everything they need to excel. They are provided with step-by-step walkthroughs and explanations of how specifically a particular tool can be leveraged with real world examples. Then the tools are activated, ready and working.
These classes benefit the agents in several ways:

Agents get hands-on and practical training and experience using the MaxWell systems and tools and are made aware of the abundant options available to help build their businesses successfully.

MaxWell Realty Canada staff get the opportunity to meet every agent personally, which opens up a more relaxed dialog and agents become more comfortable and aware of how to reach out for help in the future.

Agents get to meet and interact with other agents that are new to MaxWell Realty, regardless of their brokerage or experience. We see many collaborations and friendships formed from our University sessions!
